Solica has been installing and support GoldMine systems for many years. We are widely recognised for our expertise and the quality of support, as well as our commitment to our clients.

Much of Solica’s work is in supporting users on an ongoing basis, helping them to get the most out of the software they have purchased.

As well as supporting customers with systems which we have installed, we also often work with customers whose software has been installed by themselves or by others. We often review existing GoldMine systems, suggesting changes in configuration or more often changes in the way GoldMine is used to help our clients get more business benefits.

Much of our support work is carried out by telephone and email. We also make extensive use of WebEx which allows us to remote into a customers PC via the internet. This is very secure, requires the explicit consent on each occasion of our customers but is highly effective, allowing us to provide virtual on-site support at very short notice.

We are always pleased to hear from new customers who contact us requiring support, and are pleased to do so on an ad hoc basis.

We charge only for the support time you require at standard rates in units of minutes. We normally require no payment in advance and no fixed term contract. You can use us as little or as much as you like and if we do a bad job you are free to go elsewhere without feeling that you need wait for the expiry of any support contract.
