We provide this range of services for two CRM products; GoldMine and Sage CRM MME

GoldMine is one of the world's leading mid market CRMs, for which Solica is an Accredited Partner. This is an excellent package, which has a wide range of inbuilt features which allows the product to be adapted profitably into almost any end user situation. To add to the scope of GoldMine we can call on a number of add-ins such as our own 'Details Plus', SyncFolders Plus' and 'CrysDLL' utilities.

Sage CRM is a web-based CRM which can run over intranets or the internet. It can be installed in your intranet or can be provided as a hosted service. It includes support for PDA and WAP phone access, as well as options for customer self service via web sites.

Sage CRM includes sales force automation, marketing automation and customer care functions, all in one integrated package. It can be tailored to be the specific data and business processes used in your organisation.

Projects

Our primary market is in the SME sector, although our prestigious client list does include some major organisations such as BUPA, Denplan (part of Axa), British Airways and Centrica plc.

The projects we undertake generally fall into one of the following areas:
  • implementing new CRM systems from scratch to take the place of manual systems,
  • upgrades from basic contact management systems such as Microsoft Outlook
  • migrations from other CRM products which no longer provide the functionality required.
  • troubleshooting, reconfiguring and supporting existing CRM systems where the needs of the company have changed or the system has become outdated.
Our work with larger corporations is generally more involved, since most already have well- established databases, running a variety of back office functions such as accounts, stock management etc. The requirement in these situations, is to provide a CRM solution company wide or for an individual department or specialist sales team, which interfaces seamlessly with these established systems.

Solica have substantial experience in carrying out this type of work, which we can normally achieve much faster and at substantially lower cost than in-house IT departments would be able to adapt or build additions to existing systems to do the same job.

A CRM project can range from just a few users up to several hundred users. Although Solica is relatively small, we have an excellent reputation with our clients and have supplied systems working across the UK and internationally. Our largest system to date has main databases in the US and UK, with remote sites across Europe, the US and Australia.
