Sage CRM MME is a web-based CRM which can run over intranets or the internet. It can be installed on-site on your own server or can as a fully hosted service. It includes support for PDA and WAP phone access, as well as options for customer self service via web sites.

The solution comes in two versions; Standard and Advanced. The Standard version includes a host of features for Sales Force and Customer Management. The Advanced version adds, marketing automation, customer care, and web self service features, all in one integrated package. The difference between the two versions can be seen in the comparative features list. It can be tailored to be the specific data and business processes used in your organisation.

Sage CRM MME includes built in multi-lingual and multi-currency capability. It is readily connected to external databases such as accounting systems. It has special workflow capabilities, allowing business processes to be locked in.
