Quask comes in two main versions: Quask FormCaster where the forms are uploaded and run on a Quask-hosted web site.Quask FormArtist where they run on your own server. Most of the design and analysis facilities are the same.
Quask Enterprise is a larger version aimed at organizations with more demanding form and survey applications and lets you configure your own server and own database to cater for all load, security and integration requirements.
