The solutions we provide include a range of products centred around two leading CRM solutions; Sage CRM MME and GoldMine. Solica is fully certified partner for both, and provides solutions, for companies of all sizes from sole traders to large plc's with many hundreds of users.
In addition to complete CRM installations, we have also developed a number of GoldMine add-ons which are sold globally:
- The award winning Details Plus, in use in many thousands of users globally which dramatically extends the capability of GoldMine Detail records
- SyncFolders Plus, which revolutionises synchronisation of GoldMine linked documents
- If you use Crystal reports then CrysDLL Plus is the tool for you. CrysDLL provides a new set of functions which simplify the writing of reports from GoldMine - even for single, curtained records.
- MailBox Plus is the indispensible add-on for shrinking your GoldMine Mailbox. It runs alongside GoldMine allowing you to search out MailBox records meeting certain criteria and delete them.
- We produce two web service products that allow telephone and fax numbers to be checked against the 'restricted list' - thus helping companies who make outbound marketing calls to avoid a possible £5,000 fine. There are two versions available; GOLDtps (for the UK) and GoldDNC (for the US) which provides an integrated method of checking phone numbers against the telephone preference service (tps) list in the UK or 'Do Not Call' lists in the US respectively.
- Build Track Group which improves the speed with which GoldMine Automated Processes are executed in most systems
We have also recently launched GlobalSMS for SageCRM MME which allows text messages to easily be sent to an individual or group from SageCRM.
We also offer a number of add-ons developed by partners which can extend the functionality of the systems we install.These include:
- Inaport which makes it easy to connect GoldMine and Accpac to other systems, particularly back office and accounting software. Inaport also has powerful functions for GoldMine global editing and automation.
- Stonefield Query, a powerful yet user friendly query/reporting tool for GoldMine
- Quask a powerful and easy to use system for designing web forms, surveys or other data collection forms, collecting the results and integrating them with your CRM
- QuoteWerks which provides a powerful quote generation and management system which integrates closely with GoldMine
- Zetafax, a powerful network fax solution for sending and receiving faxes
- FrontSupport which provides an easy way of tracking customer support requests linked to GoldMine
- The eGrabber range of products, notably Web Response Grabber which makes it much easier to link web site enquiry forms and related web site data to GoldMine
- GoldBox, the hugely powerful GoldMine add-on which supports imports, exports, global editing and custom screens in GoldMine
